Home Brew Rag, Part 1 |
“Home Brew Rag” was recorded by Georgia old-time fiddler Lowe Stokes in 1927. It’s full of ragtime-style syncopations and is a fun rag to play on the guitar. It’s in the keys of F (the A part) and Bb (the B part), so it’s also a good opportunity to work on playing in those keys in open position.
