Huckleberry Hornpipe, Part 4: Clarence White’s Solo: C Part
Clarence White’s solo on the C part of “Huckleberry Hornpipe” doesn’t follow the melody much at all, but is a guitaristic showcase for some of his modified G-run licks. Scott plays it through and then takes it apart, phrase by phrase. He also shows you how to extract some of the Clarence’s licks to play on G, C, and D chords in other tunes.
