Intro to Dropped-D Tuning, Part 2
Once you’ve found the melody to “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” in dropped-D tuning, you can flesh it out a little, by adding some chords, in this case G and A (or A7). Stevie also shows you how to play partial chords, in which you only fret the notes you need, not the entire chord, and how to assign each finger to a particular fret when playing melodies.
