“Coquette” is a swing jazz standard that was popular in the 1930s and ’40s. There are notable recordings by Django Reinhardt, Stéphane Grappelli, and the Hot Club of France as well as Louis Armstrong and others. Aaron shows you “Coquette” in the key of D and gives you a voicing of a D6 chord that you can use. In this video, Aaron shows you the new voicing and walks you through the chord progression for “Coquette.”
